Support with day-to-day housekeeping task such as hoovering, cleaning, laundry, shopping, cooking, meal planning and prep etc.

Loneliness and social isolation can have a serious effect on health thus we provide companion care service for individual who may be at risk of loneliness or experiencing loneliness. With Companionship Care, carers will regularly visit clients for a chat, cup of tea, play board games, escorting, socializing, outings, holiday, excursion etc. At Quality Care North East Limited we match clients with carers based on clients’ preferences, interests, and hobbies.

Personalised overnight care to clients, helping them with getting ready for bed, using toilet, prompting medication, and monitoring during the night.

A short term care support for between 1 to 4 weeks to enable main carer takes a break, holiday or to provide cover in case of illness or emergency Respite care includes Personal Care, Dementia Care, Domestic Care or Companionship Care.

Our outreach support includes help with accessing leisure and social activities, finding daytime activities and employment/voluntary work, community inclusion, finance and budget management, benefit claim, maintaining links with friends/families, establishing new relationship, and supporting healthy lifestyle.
